Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work, all sales are subject to the following terms:

Original Artwork & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

  • All original artwork sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for original, one-of-a-kind, or commissioned pieces.

Limited Edition Prints

Claims are accepted only if the print arrives damaged or defective.

Returns & Refunds Policy (Prints)

Defective or damaged items: Customers can request a replacement or refund if the product arrives defective, damaged, or with printing errors. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Change of mind / incorrect order: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind or chooses the wrong size.

Shipping issues: If a package is lost or not delivered, please contact us promptly. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

Refund processing: Approved refunds for defective items will cover the product cost and shipping. Refunds for change-of-mind orders are not covered by Dream Create Collective.

To submit a claim:

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions

  • Original artwork

  • Artwork damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
